The Northside Falcons is hosting a dodgeball tournament on Sunday, January 22 to help raise funds for the early part of our baseball season. Each Falcons player is required to put together a team, but anyone can enter. The cost is only $60/team (single elimination) and the proceeds will go to help cover the cost of uniforms, tournament fees and much more. Your help is tremendously appreciated. Please say “yes” when a player asks YOU to be on his team. Or put together a team of your own and come join the fun. Thank you!

Eligibility:

All players must be at least 12 years old
All players must sign the medical release that is included on the roster form. Players under the age of 18 must provide a separate parent-signed medical release form.

Registration:
|
|
All teams must register in advance by Wednesday, January 18, 2017. There is a 32-team maximum and teams will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Registration consists of simply paying the $60 tournament fee and providing your contact information. (rosters and medical release forms can be brought on the day of the tournament).
There are several ways to register:
Register by Mail: There's not much time, but if you act quickly, you can register by mail by sending a $60 check (made payable to "Northside Falcons") to:

- Be sure to include a separate sheet or index card with your name, cell number, and email address.
Register Online: If you have a Paypal account, you can register electronically by simply sending a Paypal payment of $62 to billing@tcconcepts.com. The extra $2 helps cover the cost of Paypal's processing fees. If you choose this method be sure to include your name, cell number, and email address in the Notes section. Also be sure to mention that it is for the Dodgeball Tournament.
Register In Person: If you'd like to register in person, just call Fred Watt at 936-443-1969 so we can make arrangements to meet and pick up a check. You would also need to use this method if you wish to pay by cash.

The official rules are accessible both here and above. It is important for both the team captain and the players to know the rules.
Each team is required to submit a roster on the day of the tournament and each player needs to have signed off on that roster to agree to the conditions on the reverse. Players under the age of 18 must provide a separate parental medical release form. Both the roster form and the parental release form can be accessed above. The roster and all separate medical release forms must be turned in before your team will be allowed to play.
Team captains should show up 1/2 hour before the start of the tournament for a brief captains meeting.
Teams should be ready 15 minutes before the start of their game and need to be ready to help out with the tournament as needed, including acting as referees and ball retrievers in games that they are not participating in.
Costumes/themes are encouraged, but all players must dress modestly (no short-shorts, and modest tops that overlap the shorts or pants should be worn). All players must wear court shoes with non-marking soles.
